Complete Care

CCDC has expanded its services and is able to offer complete dental care to all Medicaid and low income patients only. Non-Medicaid patients above the 200% poverty line are not eligible for this program.

After first qualifying on a Thursday morning to be treated in the program, patients need to call for an appointment on a M-T-W and will receive a comprehensive dental examination with x-rays at a low fee (these exams and x-rays are covered by Medicaid). After the examination, a treatment plan will be presented to the patient showing what dental treatment is needed and what the fee will be for each procedure, if Medicaid does not cover the cost.

The clinic is able to provide cleanings, fluoride, sealants, fillings, root canals, crowns, and replacement of missing teeth with partial and full dentures.

Although there is a charge for these services, unless Medicaid pays for it, the charge is based on the Medicaid Fee Schedule and is significantly lower than what the charges are in the community.

The purpose of this clinic is to provide low income patients with the finest care available, and reduced fees are charged in order to help cover part of the costs of providing these services.

After receiving the treatment plan with the fees for the various procedures, the patient will then be able to decide what they would like to have done, and then be able to make an appointment for the desired treatment. It is the clinic’s policy that all procedures will be prepaid prior to an appointment being made.
