Sign Up/Registration:
Thursdays only beginning at 8:30. We only take a limited number of appointments each Thursday, so you must call the Clinic for a financial screening to schedule an appointment for registration.
Day to See Dentist:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – By Appointment 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM and Thursday 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM
(Complete care available to Medicaid and low income patients at a reduced fee.)
Friday Only 8:30 AM on a “Registered patients by appointment ONLY”. Any patient with dental insurance including Medicaid are not eligible for the Friday clinic.
To Get Help
If you have not been seen at the clinic, you need to enroll as a new patient. To find out more about our limited free services and our other services that are available by appointment for a low fee, please call the Center on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. There are financial eligibility guidelines based on family size and income. Proof of income (either a copy of your current tax return or a letter of non-filing) and a photo ID are required at the time of registration.
